Colleen McCarthy is an artist, photographer, and art educator living and working in Delaware County, PA. Colleen graduated from the University of the Arts with a BFA in Photography with a concentration in Art Education. 2008 She completed a Master's in Liberal Studies from Widener University and A Master's in Art in Art Education from Art of Education University in 2021. Colleen primarily works in hand-altered and alternative process photography, with the scanner and computer being essential tools. Colleen draws inspiration from various things, such as vintage photographs, found objects, nature, childhood memories, toys, and family.
